At Little Brother’s Butcher Shop, we take pride in processing your beef exactly the way you want it. Whether you're a farmer bringing in your own cattle or a customer purchasing a whole, half, or quarter beef from a local producer, we work with you to make sure every cut meets your expectations.
Our shop is an Illinois state-inspected Type I facility regulated by the Illinois Department of Agriculture (IDOA). This allows us to perform both state-inspected processing and custom-exempt processing. Products processed under state inspection may be sold within Illinois, while custom-exempt products are processed for the owner of the animal and are not for resale.
We offer a full range of cuts including steaks, roasts, ground beef, and specialty items. Want your steaks cut extra thick? Prefer your ground beef blend a little leaner? We’re happy to do it.
We can also work with you on aging your beef for improved flavor and tenderness.
