Hunting season is one of our busiest times of year, and we love it. There's something special about helping hunters turn their harvest into delicious meals for their families. At Little Brother's Butcher Shop, we treat every deer with the same care and attention we give to our beef and pork processing.
We process hunter-harvested deer for the owner of the animal, preparing venison for your personal use.
Our deer processing services include all the standard cuts—steaks, roasts, and ground venison—plus specialty items that make venison shine. We offer jerky in a variety of flavors, snack sticks, summer sausage, and breakfast sausage. Want to mix your ground venison with pork or beef fat for juicier burgers? We can do that too.
We know that after a successful hunt, you want your deer processed quickly and properly. We work hard to return your venison in a timely manner without sacrificing quality.
Deer season fills up fast and our processing capacity is limited. To guarantee your deer is accepted during the busy season, please complete the Deer Processing Cut Sheet and submit your $100 deposit when you are ready to proceed. Your deposit secures your processing spot and will be applied to your final order total. We strongly recommend reserving your spot ahead of time so we can provide the best service possible during the peak of deer season, and these deposits are refundable if you don't end up bringing us an animal.
